我們生活在一個被各式各樣事物所淹沒的時代。2005年，我們希望創造一種新的標準，於是以「REN」為名展開了這段旅程——這個名字簡單、清晰，不依附於任何既有的詞彙，也不受任何特定理念或世界觀的束縛。

When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically shipped via DHL within 5 business days.
Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but orders generally arrive within 2–4 days after shipment.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date, provided the item is unused.
Please note that exchanges are not available.

Are your products made in Japan?

The country of manufacture varies depending on the material.
All pigskin products are made in Japan.
Goatskin products are made in Japan and Indonesia, while our mesh materials are made in India.

Can my item be repaired?

We are currently unable to offer repair services outside of Japan.
We kindly recommend consulting a trusted local leather repair specialist in your area.
