The “Cruise bag”is a refined version of REN’s classic “Shopper” bag.

The raw-cut sides reveal the structure clearly, giving the bag a sharp, polished look.
In contrast, the internally stitched base adds a sense of softness—resulting in a design that balances both strength and elegance.

In contrast, the handles and shoulder strap are slender, with delicate metal fittings chosen to keep the overall design light and refined.

The shoulder strap is generously long, making it easy to reach into the bag while wearing it crossbody.
It’s intentionally designed without an adjuster, keeping the look clean and simple.
Thanks to its slender shape, it won’t interfere with light outfits in spring and summer, and it still offers enough room to wear comfortably over chunky knits or coats in colder seasons.

On days when the strap feels a bit too long, you can simply tie a knot at the base to shorten it.
Since the strap is slim and delicate, the knot won’t stand out too much.

The zipper at the top is not anchored at the base, allowing it to open fully.
This wide opening makes it easy to see and access your belongings—and it's convenient to reach in from either side of the bag.

PHILIP

Chrome-tanned cowhide leather with a neat grain stamped on the silver side (surface). A thin coating is applied to the pigmented finish to make it water-repellent. Therefore, it will hardly change over time. This material is designed to be used every day without hesitation, rather than to be enjoyed for its change. On the other hand, if the leather is stretched by strong force, the pigment on the surface may crack. Special care should be taken when carrying a large amount of luggage in a large bag, especially around the handles. This is because the pigment does not stretch while the inner leather does, but it is also a sign that the leather is genuine leather. Another advantage of pigment finishing is the flexibility in coloring. The pigment is not exactly the same every time, and the color often changes slightly depending on the area of leather and the amount of pigment used. We find this subtlety and other aspects of pigmented finishing to be very appealing.
