Pre-order Policy

Payment is collected at the time of purchase.
Pre-order items cannot be canceled or changed once the order has been placed.
Pre-order items will be shipped once they become available. Please note that the estimated shipping schedule may change due to production or delivery circumstances.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will contact you and issue a refund.
