Cancellation is possible before the product is shipped.

Return Policy
[Return Conditions]
・Returns are accepted only for unused items within 30 days from the order date.
・Items must be repackaged in their original packaging (including packing materials, wrapping, and accessories).
If you wish to return an item, please contact us in advance at (info@ren-webshop.com). We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted, so please be sure to reach out to us first.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Refunds will be issued for the product price only.
Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, including all original packaging.
• Natural characteristics such as scratches, marks, and color variations are inherent to genuine leather and are not considered defects.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the order date and require prior approval.
Returns submitted without prior contact or after 30 days cannot be accepted.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

In case there is a possibility of incorrect delivery or initial defect, please contact us at (info@ren-webshop.com). We will respond as soon as possible. If the product is determined to be defective, the return shipping costs will be borne by us, and, in principle, the product will be exchanged for the same item. If an exchange is not feasible, we will issue a refund.
