Shipping and Taxes
For orders placed on or after March 2, 2026, at 16:00 (JST),
all orders will be shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
For the following countries, duties and applicable fees are already included in the product price:
Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Australia, and United Kingdom.
No additional charges will be required upon delivery.
For countries not listed above, product prices are shown exclusive of duties and taxes.
If you wish to place an order from one of these destinations, please contact us in advance. We will provide a separate quotation including estimated duties and fees for your country.

・Please provide your shipping address and name in English.
・Once we confirm the verification of your order, it will be shipped within 5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take a bit longer. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but typically take about 2–4 days after shipment.
・We do not accept changes in shipping address, contents, or cancellation of orders after the product has been shipped.
・Only one shipping address can be used per order.
・Delays may occur due to delivery areas, traffic, weather, social conditions, etc. If a package is returned due to the customer's circumstances, such as long-term absence or refusal to receive, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the resending fees.
In the event that a package is returned due to refusal of receipt or other customer-related reasons, the shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the total refund amount.
