REN was founded in 2005 in Kuramae, Tokyo, as a leather bag brand.
Today, we operate four stores in Kuramae, Kagurazaka, Yokohama, and Osaka Umeda, creating bags that accompany everyday life with ease and comfort.
Our bags are crafted primarily from materials such as pigskin leather—lightweight, thin, breathable, yet remarkably durable. With a focus on understated and refined design, each piece is carefully finished by the hands of skilled artisans.
The lineup includes tote bags, backpacks, drawstring bags, wallets, and small leather goods—items designed to be versatile and unisex. We also offer DIY kits that allow people to experience the charm of leather firsthand, sharing both the joy of making and the connection to the material itself.
Each bag becomes more unique with use. We hope that you will discover, in your daily life, the richness that comes from embracing leather as a living material—one that deepens in beauty and meaning over time.
