Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is possible before the product is shipped.

Return Policy

[Return Conditions]

・Returns are accepted only for unused items within 30 days from the order date.
・Items must be repackaged in their original packaging (including packing materials, wrapping, and accessories).
If you wish to return an item, please contact us in advance at (info@ren-webshop.com). We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted, so please be sure to reach out to us first.

 

[Important Notes]

・The return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
・Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Shipping fees and handling charges from the original order are non-refundable.
・Scratches and color variations are natural characteristics of genuine leather and do not qualify as defects.
・Returns without prior notice or those exceeding 30 days from the order date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

▶For Returns or Exchanges Due to Our Errors
In case there is a possibility of incorrect delivery or initial defect, please contact us at (info@ren-webshop.com). We will respond as soon as possible. If the product is determined to be defective, the return shipping costs will be borne by us, and, in principle, the product will be exchanged for the same item. If an exchange is not feasible, we will issue a refund.
