Crafted from REN’s signature sheep mesh leather, its fine, intricate weave and exceptionally soft texture bring out the unique character of the material. The wide, rectangular silhouette allows the leather’s natural softness and texture to stand out.
Spacious enough to hold daily essentials such as a long wallet, smartphone, folding umbrella, and water bottle. The structured shape maintains its form even when fully packed, while interior pockets on both sides help keep your belongings organized.
The wide, woven shoulder strap offers a comfortable and stable fit while adding a subtle accent to the design. Its length can be adjusted by tying the ends, allowing you to wear it at your preferred length. Wearing it short, like a sling bag, emphasizes the bag’s distinctive horizontal silhouette.
SHEEP MESH
Sheepskin originally tanned for gloves is woven into a fine leather mesh using the traditional Ajiro weaving technique. Similar to the cut-and-sew process used in clothing, the leather mesh is first created as a single piece, then cut and sewn into shape.
To preserve the natural softness and suppleness of the leather, a generous amount of oil is added during processing. The pigments used for coloring are also blended with oil and applied in a thin layer, creating a smooth, exceptionally soft texture that feels gentle against the skin.
Developed in collaboration with an atelier in India specializing in leather mesh, this material combines intricate craftsmanship with the natural qualities of sheepskin.

If worn with denim, indigo-dyed or cotton clothing, the color of the clothing may transfer to the leather due to friction. Also, if the bag gets wet due to rain, sweat, or friction, the color of the leather may transfer to your clothing. Please be careful when matching the bag with bright clothing.

If not used for a long period of time, store in a well-ventilated place. Avoid storing in a humid place as it may cause mold and leather deterioration.
