The Daily Backpack is made entirely of leather, except for essential hardware such as adjusters and zippers. With leather used not only on the body but also on the shoulder straps and back panel, it offers a uniquely supple fit against the body. Many of REN’s staff remark that its comfort and the way it seems to embrace the back make it truly irresistible.
The elegant drape is further enhanced by the leather’s natural softness.
Generally, a full-leather backpack of this size would weigh around 1kg. This one, however, is only about 560g — offering an impressively light feel, as if you were carrying a fabric bag.

The side adjusters allow you to fine-tune the capacity, and the drape created when tightened adds a distinctive design accent. The exterior pocket comes in a rare slit style, offering both functionality and character. While the bag is equipped with these unique and practical details throughout, the absence of fabric paneling keeps the overall look refreshingly minimal.
BARE
Original goatskin has a soft texture and natural feel. Goatskin, with its fine grain, is resistant to mold and friction.
On the other hand, it is also known as a soft and pleasant leather. The leather is tanned with minimal dyes and oils to bring out its natural grain.
When stored at low temperatures, the surface may appear white. Wipe it off gently with a soft cloth or warm it with a hair dryer, and the oil will melt and blend naturally.
