The Baby Buffalo Series brings out the natural charm of water buffalo around six months old. This leather embraces natural scratches and color variations, preserving its raw texture while featuring a soft, plump feel. It’s a material designed to be savored over time, as the rich luster deepens with use.

The Mini Wallet on the right features black leather that has been used for approximately two years. Over time, a natural luster develops on the surface, showcasing the leather's charm.

BABY BUFFALO

This natural leather brings out the charm of buffalo material within six months of birth.
It has the unique individual texture and roughness of buffalo, yet its fine texture is elegant. Although this leather is originally used for delicate gloves, we think it is interesting to use it for a variety of products.
The grain and unevenness of the color varies considerably from one individual to another, but we consider this to be a sign of the natural material and carefully finish the product as it is.

Indigo blue of baby buffalo dyed with indigo, a special color exclusive to REN. Produced in collaboration with Ito Sangyo, a tannery in Soka City, Saitama Prefecture, it is a shallow, transparent blue that looks like it has been painted with paint.
