A Guide to Pre-Orders
Because our products are shaped by skilled craftsmanship and the unique qualities of natural leather, we can only produce a limited number at a time. As a result, even when something catches your eye, there may be times when we have to ask you to wait before it becomes available.
If there’s a piece you’ve been thinking you might like to own someday, we now offer a pre-order option for selected products scheduled to arrive. It allows us to reserve one for you in advance, so you can look forward to receiving it with peace of mind. If it feels right for you, we hope you’ll consider pre-ordering as one of the ways to shop with us.
A Few Important Notes
As our products are made in limited quantities, there are a few important things we ask you to keep in mind when placing a pre-order. Please take a moment to review the following before ordering.
● Pre-Order Availability
Only a limited portion of the expected stock will be available for pre-order. Pre-orders will close once the allocated quantity has been reached. Please also note that, due to the nature of natural leather and the careful craftsmanship involved, the expected arrival timing may change or be delayed.
●Order Quantity
To make our pre-order items available to as many customers as possible, orders are limited to one unit per item.
●Shipping & Combined Orders
If you purchase items with different expected arrival dates in the same order, all items will be shipped together once the last item has arrived. If you would like to receive each item as soon as it becomes available, please place separate orders for items with different arrival dates.
If pre-orders have already closed, please use the “Restock Notification” option on the product page. We’ll automatically send you an email when the item arrives and becomes available for purchase.
