We live in a time surrounded by more things than ever. In 2005, with the hope of creating a new standard, we began our journey under the name “REN” — a simple, clear name, unattached to any existing word, concept, or particular worldview.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date, provided the item is unused.
Please note that exchanges are not available.

Are your products made in Japan?

The country of manufacture varies depending on the material.
All pigskin products are made in Japan.
Goatskin products are made in Japan and Indonesia, while our mesh materials are made in India.

Can my item be repaired?

We are currently unable to offer repair services outside of Japan.
We kindly recommend consulting a trusted local leather repair specialist in your area.
