The “Balloon Shoulder” features diagonally placed gussets that allow the bag to gently expand when filled. Combined with the suppleness of the lining suede, this structure provides surprisingly generous capacity despite its compact size.
The long strings can be tied at your preferred length. Adjust the way you carry it — on the shoulder, crossbody, or by hand — to suit your style and the occasion.
Lining Suede
This suede pigskin, chrome-tanned, was crafted for use as a lining material in bags and shoes. Suede is leather with a soft, brushed underside. To achieve fine, soft-textured suede, the leather is thinned to the dense outer layer and meticulously sanded with sandpaper. However, the smooth texture of suede often compromises the leather’s strength. After numerous refinements to achieve the ideal balance between texture and durability, a thickness of 0.7–0.8 mm was reached. The vibrant colors are also a highlight, achieved using dyes from a highly trusted German manufacturer in Bavaria, which enhances both color vibrancy and durability.
