Shipping and Taxes

For all destinations except the United Kingdom, duties and taxes are automatically calculated at checkout and included in your final total. No additional charges will apply upon delivery.

Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped on a DDU basis.
Import duties, VAT, and any applicable customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
If applicable, these charges are the customer's responsibility and will be collected upon import in accordance with UK regulations.

[Return Conditions]
・Returns are accepted only for unused items within 30 days from the order date.
・Items must be repackaged in their original packaging (including packing materials, wrapping, and accessories).
If you wish to return an item, please contact us in advance at (info@ren-webshop.com). We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted, so please be sure to reach out to us first.

・The return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
・Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Shipping fees and handling charges from the original order are non-refundable.
・Scratches and color variations are natural characteristics of genuine leather and do not qualify as defects.

If the product is determined to be defective, the return shipping costs will be borne by us, and, in principle, the product will be exchanged for the same item. If an exchange is not feasible, we will issue a refund.
